Senior Product Manager

About the opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager that will work with customers to identify their pain points and recognize opportunities to simplify Cloud Management & Operations

Responsibilities

• Work with customers and identify pain points and opportunities to simplify Cloud Management & Operations
• Prioritize product feature with business & customer focused justification
• Define product specification, create actionable user stories, and feature description
• Collaborate with Cloud SME and Customer success teams to review and drive for sign offs on requirements
• Collaborate with UX & Engineering teams to review, refine and drive feature delivery
• Own feature launches end to end by driving internal & external validation, create customer facing descriptions and support marketing team with launches
• Product documentation

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager for Cloud Management & CloudOps products
• Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering, product spec creation, and launching successful products
• Experience with delivering features that automate DevOps/Cloud Management/CloudOps areas for Amazon AWS/Microsoft Azure/GCP
• Technical degree with at least 5+ years of experience in the IT industry
• Demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams in a decentralized & remote culture
