Quality Assurance Analyst

Requirements

• Hands on experience in testing Enterprise SaaS products
• Selenium
• Cloud Management experience with an MSP/SI dealing with AWS cloud services management
• Experience testing APIs with code (Ex: Using Python to write deterministic validation of API functionality)
• Experience creating performance and reliability tests

• Higher product quality for end-to-end scenarios and point features.

Areas we’d like to cover to achieve the objective:

• DAY2™ UI validation: Continuous validation of feature quality via the DAY2™ user experience (via the React UI)
• Cloud backend validation: Continuous validation of expected outcomes in the connected AWS accounts
• DAY2™ backend validation: Validation Continuous validation of APIs

Key results

• Weekly manual functional test coverage of core scenarios
• Full functional and regression testing will be completed manually before each major launch
• Full automation for testing core scenarios via UI
• 100% coverage for canaries for 5 key APIs [Signup, Login, Account onboarding, WAR reporting, WAR remediation]
• 50% coverage of API testing of core scenarios
