MontyCloud Maps Deterministic Checks to the AWS Well-Architected Framework Best Practices

I’m thrilled to announce that MontyCloud’s AWS Well-Architected Framework Review (WAFR) checks mapping to best practices is now generally available! This is one of the biggest upgrades we’ve made to our WAFR module. Our customers and partners will save even more time as MontyCloud makes it easy to focus on top High-Risk Issues (HRIs) and Medium Risk Issues (MRIs) at the best practice level in every WAFR question.

Prior to this launch, MontyCloud mapped its checks to each WAFR question, now we are making it easy to see which best practices map to HRIs with the status of corresponding MontyCloud checks. We are making it faster for MSPs and SIs to conduct analysis across the AWS Well-Architected Framework Pillars.

Key Features from the Launch

  1. Precision Mapping: Our deterministic checks now map directly to AWS Well-Architected Framework best practices, not just questions. This allows for more targeted and effective optimization.
  2. Risk-Focused Analysis: Quickly identify High Risk Issues (HRIs) and Medium Risk Issues (MRIs) at the best practice level for each WAFR question, enabling prioritized action on critical areas.
  3. Time-Saving Power Filters: New advanced filtering capabilities cut analysis time from hours to minutes, allowing partners to rapid identification of specific optimization recommendations.
  4. Streamlined Workflow: Automated processes replace manual assessments and spreadsheet-based analyses, significantly improving operational efficiency.
